Wash your HydroJug before first use. All HydroJug water bottles are top-rack dishwasher safe. However, to help preserve certain finishes, we recommend hand washing select designs.

For best care, clean both the bottle and lid regularly — especially after using drinks other than water. After washing, allow all parts to air dry separately, and keep the straw flipped open to encourage airflow.

If your lid does get dirty, we recommend either immersing it in a vinegar bath or allowing it to soak in a mixture of equal parts dish soap, vinegar, and water. Following these steps will help keep your insulated water bottle and lid fresh and long-lasting.

⚠️ Do not freeze or microwave your HydroJug products.

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn items with tags attached. All approved returns are issued as store credit via e-gift card.

A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
