✨ Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in unworn, original condition with tags attached.
We cannot accept returns with signs of wear, including makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, smoke, or damage.
Items that do not meet these requirements will be returned to sender.
💳 Store Credit
All approved returns are issued as store credit via electronic gift card.
Your gift card will be emailed once your return is processed and is valid for 12 months, giving you time to find something you love even more ✨
A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
🔁 Exchanges
Need a different size or style?
We recommend placing a new order for the item you want to ensure it doesn’t sell out, then using your store credit once your return has been processed.
