We offer free shipping on all orders over $125 ✨
Standard shipping is a flat rate of $9.00 via USPS.
Need it fast? We offer UPS Next Day Air Saver (overnight shipping).
- Orders must be placed by 12 PM EST for same-day processing
- Orders placed after 12 PM will ship the next business day
- Please note: Next Day Air does not deliver on Saturdays
Order Processing
Orders are processed quickly, so we are unable to cancel or make changes once an order is placed.
If you place multiple orders in one day, email us at shopyesdoll@gmail.com and we’ll gladly combine them when possible and refund any extra shipping 💌
Shipping Details
- UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll reach out to you to arrange reshipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, please email us at shopyesdoll@gmail.com so we can assist in filing a claim.
Please note:
- USPS requires packages to be in transit for 15 days before a claim can be filed
- We are not responsible for delays once the package is in the carrier’s possession
Delivered Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are unable to issue refunds for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance:
